Quarry 2012 Industry Journal Launch

The biennial Quarry Industry Journal ‘Quarry 2012’ was officially launched by the Minister of Finance and Personnel at an event held in the Long Gallery, Parliament Buildings on Monday 23rd April.

Sponsored by Patsy McGlone MLA, Chair of the All Party Working Group on Construction, the occasion was attended by over 80 Industry Representatives, Stakeholders, Government Officials, Ministers and MLAs. 

Brining together messages from no less than 5 Ministers and 13 partner organisations from across the quarry products, construction and mining industries across the UK Ireland and Europe, 'Quarry 2012' clearly illustrates the vitality, innovation and strength QPANI Members and the Industry continue to display through this most difficult of operating environments.

We hope that members will take pride in their Industry Journal and that the positive message delivered by 'Quarry 2012' will ensure Stakeholders are better informed about the contribution the quarry products sector makes to the local economy and the quality of life of every citizen of Northern Ireland.
